The Company:
H.J. Bakker Logistics B.V. is part of the Exintra group, an internationally operating logistics service provider specializing in fashion distribution. The Exintra group consists of 3 subsidiaries, each with its own specialization, and together they can provide unique solutions. The main location is situated in Roosendaal.
The Job:
The activities in the warehouse include sorting boxes and storage and handling of pallets. These activities are divided into different processes, each with a supervisor. The entire team works together in an informal and pleasant working atmosphere. The work starts in the afternoon and continues until well past midnight. There is also a Saturday shift.
The tasks and responsibilities include:
- Independently carrying out part of the process with a team of 10 to 25 people
- Providing instruction and guidance and allocating tasks
- Checking and correcting activities during execution
- Hands-on execution of administrative tasks
You:
- Logistics experience
- Intermediate vocational education (MBO) level
- Motivational leadership, you enjoy training and motivating people
- You are a team player and a go-getter, showing ownership
- You are precise and accurate
- Good communication skills and proficiency in both Dutch and English
- Proficiency with (business) software on a computer
- Forklift certificate/experience and (Terminal) Truck experience is a plus
