A few weeks a go two Ukrainian drivers started work at DM logistics. With the help of an interpreter the drivers received general instructions and with the help of google translate and the on-board computer ride-specific information is shared. The drivers are assigned to standard work, so that communication in the operation does not cause any problems. The integration of these drivers went very well.
These drivers told us that it is not easy for Ukrainian refugees to find work. Everyone is welcome at the Exintra group. To make it more accessible for Ukrainians to get started within our warehouse of HJ Bakker Logistics, we have had the vacancy “warehouse employee” translated into Ukrainian and we have a team leader who can communicate with Ukrainians.
